Cecinas Pablo is a family-owned company based in Astorga, Spain, with over 45 years of expertise in producing top-quality cured meats. We are best known for our authentic beef cecina, crafted using traditional salting and air-curing methods, as well as our renowned pastrami and carefully selected Ibérico specialities.
Our range also includes traditional Chorizo de León, Maragato chorizo, and a variety of other artisan cold cuts and cured meats, made with the same dedication to flavour and quality. In recent years, we have also introduced innovative meat snacks such as Cruchips, combining tradition with modern consumption trends.
