For over a century, FISAN has devoted itself to a single passion: preserving and sharing the pure, authentic taste of Iberian ham. From our home in Guijuelo, Spain, three generations have perfected a craft where heritage meets innovation, creating products that embody tradition, excellence, and unmistakable flavour.
Our Iberian pigs roam freely in the sun-drenched pastures (dehesas) of Extremadura and Andalucia, feeding on acorns and natural grasses. We work exclusively with Bellota and Cebo de Campo qualities, honouring the animal’s well-being and the integrity of its origin.
At FISAN, we oversee every step “from pasture/dehesa to plate”: from breeding and selection, to curing and slicing — all within our own facilities. Each piece is treated as a masterpiece, nurtured by time, skill, and care until it reaches its peak of perfection.
Today, FISAN is enjoyed in over 30 countries and trusted by Michelin-starred chefs including Ricard Camarena, Diego Guerrero, the Torres Brothers, and Rocío Parra, among others.
